Junior Interior Designer
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for design and a desire to learn more about the exciting field of commercial interior design. This individual will be working under the guidance of a licensed designer and in conjunction with our Furniture Sales and Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Field verifying.
Preparing of CAD As-Builts.
Preparing of space plans including electrical, telephone, lighting, elevation details and built-in elements.
Specifying of finishes, fixtures, and artwork.
Furniture sales and office design.

Education
A formal design education is required for this position.
Must have a 3.0+ GPA in one of the following, or another comparable discipline: Interior Design, Interdisciplinary Art & Design Studies, or Design.

Skills
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
An eye for design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Aptitude for customer service.
